Multiparty democracy demands consultation on bill drafting_MP Bimala Rai Paudyal

Dr Bimala Rai Paydyal, Member of National Assembly, drew attention of the government to follow an inclusive consultation procedure during bill drafting process. She also requested Chair of the Assembly to make process reporting necessary for the minister while they table the bill at the Parliament
