Government should make a separate Act to manage street animals_Dr Bimala Rai Paudyal
In a special hour of the Parliament, MP Dr Bimala Rai Paudyal suggested Nepal Government manage street animals, mostly cattle and dogs through a separate act that makes both the owners and government accountable.
