Establish a National Road Safety Council to ensure road safety in Nepal_Bimala Rai Paudyal


Speaking at federal parliament of Nepal, Dr Bimala Rai Paudyal suggested the government to establish a national road safety council and address issues related to poor infrastructure, vehicle conditions and road safety behavior in Nepal
