Effectiveness of Agriculture Grant is questionable, Govt should review it _ MP Bimala Rai Paudyal


During the special time in the Parliament, Dr Bimala Rai Paudyal questioned the effectiveness of agricultural grant. She demanded the Ministry of Agriculture make the report on the effectiveness of grants public and draft a standard umbrella Act on the agricultural grant in Nepal
