Cheap and untrue propaganda against President Office is not freedom of expression_Bimala Rai Paudyal


MP Dr Bimala Rai Paudyal condemned bombing targetted at NCELL office. She also questioned the intentional act of a folk singer of bringing President Office into untrue and cheap propaganda. She argued that such actions cannot be considered as freedom of expression and therefore should be punished.
