Speaking at the national assembly, Dr. Bimala Rai Paudyal raised a voice to provide COVID-19 vaccine to differently able people and senior citizens at home. She demanded to the government to prioritise mass vaccination at rehabilitation centers for people with disability, and those senior citizens who cannot go to vaccine centers. Stressing the rationale of federalism, she further requested the province and local government to identify such vulnerable group and arrange vaccination at home/shelter.
